Thank you for your help and for being so kind when I asked about the greenhouse and then when I finally ordered the greenhouse. I have been saving up for this for a couple of years and the staff that answers the phone is always ready to help me. I was very impressed with how you would spend the time and talk with me when I told you that I won't be ordering today. You just don't find customer service like that enough these days. I think if you and I lived in the same town we would be friends.
I am very excited about my greenhouse I hope it goes up without too much hassle and I can enjoy it for years. If I have any questions I am glad you have a new web site to try out too.

Sarah, A closing follow-up. The second batch of worms was postmarked June 1, and I received them June 4 via Priority Mail. The worms arrived in good shape! Clearly, 3 days is reasonable for a Priority Mail package to be delivered from PA to WY. The 9-day travel time for the first shipment was a strange fluke. Thanks again for resolving this matter in a professional and timely manner!
